The scheduler reads this value at the start of each cycle. Changes take effect without restarting.
How it works
The scheduler runs as a background process (started by launch.bat). Every N minutes it checks all active accounts with a rule template assigned.
If an account has no template or is paused, it's skipped. You can pause accounts from the Accounts page.
Each check creates a run visible on the Runs page with trigger = "scheduled".
